Step Three – Implement Your Customized IRA Real Estate Transaction
After Step One and Step Two are completed, we will begin Step Three. In the final step, Alan Potts will make a professional recommendation.
This includes a review of your Real Estate IRA design, your new IRA custodian, the use of Non-IRA monies, mortgages (if necessary or desired) and/or the use of a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. .
Once we agree on your customized Real Estate IRA, we will begin the implementation process.
